Book an appointmentHow does online booking work?
Choose a treatment, then a location. The button takes you directly to the selected service on Bokadirekt, where you choose a time and complete your booking. Treatments booked by phone show a call button instead.
Can I drop in without booking?
Appointments must be booked in advance. See available times on Bokadirekt or call to get in touch with Ljusbubblan.
What if I need to cancel?
Call 070-532 99 77 at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations are not accepted by email or text message. Missed appointments that have not been cancelled are charged in full.
RELIEF for nicotine
Read about the treatmentWhat is the difference between the two options?
Both include conversation, laser treatment and advice on quitting smoking or using snus. If you choose nicotine + sugar cravings, treatment for sugar cravings is also included. Both options have a 90-minute appointment.
Is the whole visit spent on laser treatment?
No. The 90 minutes include a conversation about your habits, information about the treatment, laser treatment and advice for the time after you stop using nicotine.
How does a follow-up visit work?
RELIEF for nicotine includes one free follow-up visit within a year. Call to confirm the terms for your chosen option and book an appointment. The treatment does not guarantee a particular result.
Stress & sugar cravings

RELIEF for stress includes a conversation about stress in everyday life, a plan you make together and laser treatment. Stress de lux combines a back and neck massage with laser treatment and is available in Gävle.
How much does RELIEF for sugar cravings cost and how long does it take?
Call 070-532 99 77 to confirm the current price, duration and what is included at your location before booking. Your treatment plan is individual.
Are all three treatments available at every location?
No. RELIEF for stress is available in Gävle and Uppsala. Stress de lux is available in Gävle. RELIEF for sugar cravings is available in Gävle, Uppsala and Stockholm.

How long does a visit take?
Treatment in the chair takes 28 minutes. Approximately 30 minutes are set aside for your visit on Bokadirekt.

Massage & care
Read about the treatmentWhat is the difference between massage and andullation?
Classic massage is performed by hand. Gua Sha is a scraping massage. During andullation, you lie on a mattress that provides vibration and infrared heat.
Can I book andullation online?
Yes, you can book a 30-minute visit on Bokadirekt. For a 15-minute visit, call to book.
Are these treatments available in Uppsala or Stockholm?
Massage, andullation, foot treatments and lash and brow treatments are available in Gävle. RELIEF is offered in Uppsala and Stockholm.
Can I use my wellness allowance?
We accept Benifex, Edenred, Epassi and Benefits / Söderberg & Partners. Call 070-532 99 77 to ask about eligibility for your chosen treatment and how to pay with your wellness allowance. Cosmetic treatments are not eligible for the wellness allowance.
