Massage
Two ways to enjoy a massage.
Classic massage is performed by hand. Gua Sha uses a different technique, known as scraping massage. Both options are available in Gävle and booked by phone.
Gua Sha massage
Gua Sha involves moving a scraping tool over the skin and muscles. It is a more intensive massage that can leave soreness and red marks afterwards.

You lie fully clothed on a special mattress that combines vibration and infrared heat. Choose a 15- or 30-minute visit. The options differ in duration and how you book.

Classic massage or vibration massage
Classic massage is performed by hand. Gua Sha is a scraping massage. During andullation, you lie on a mattress that provides vibration and infrared heat.
Two appointment lengths for andullation
You can book a 30-minute visit on Bokadirekt. For a 15-minute visit, call to book.
